Exchange Policy

At our store, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If there is an issue with your order, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered (incorrect style or incomplete set)

  • The wrong size was delivered (different from the size ordered)

If your request falls under any of the above conditions, we will arrange a free exchange for the correct item.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • The product is returned without original tags or packaging

  • The exchange request is made for personal preference or change of mind

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and issue details.

  2. Provide clear images or videos of the product showing the issue.

  3. Once the request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide further exchange instructions.

  4. After the product passes quality inspection, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Important Note

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. Only exchanges are provided for eligible cases mentioned above.
